As part of the Stanford Lean Launchpad Winter 2024 cohort, Fireside is an AI tool that helps families document and share their stories. Interviewed 150+ potential customers and navigated the unknown with a team of 5 during the 10 week program. Rigorously tested and validated hypotheses to find product-market fit. After 14 iterations, we have learned a lot so far.
